Dave DiRito and John Isbell will be presenting a seminar for the proprietor that deals with the many aspects of bowling center maintenance and mechanical operations. This will be an informative session that addresses such topics as pinsetter maintenance, bowling center maintenance, frames per stop, inventory levels, the changing duties of the head mechanic, how to work closer with your mechanic, and the basics of training your staff. Dave and John will offer suggestions that apply to both the new and “experienced” proprietors/managers, in both large and smaller centers.
